The birth flower for May is both Lily of the Valley and Hawthorn – two beautiful white flowers that both grow with multiples on the stem. You may know by now that each month has two birth flowers, and all of my birth flower artwork combines both birth flowers for the month in a bright, balanced collage.
Lily of the Valley is a delicate cup-shaped flower with many blooms on a long stem, and Hawthorn is a small white flower that blooms in bunches.
