Live Wedding Painting

A live event painter attends your event and paints a scene from the event on the canvas live as your guests mingle and enjoy the party. It’s a combination of entertainment for your guests and a custom, unique keepsake to commemorate your big day! Live event painting isn’t just limited to weddings – it can be a party, anniversary, wedding, or coporate event!

The Process

We will discuss your wedding via phone or video so I can fully understand your vision, including the scene and moment you would like painted, any additional loved ones that should be included, and any additional extras you’d like to add.

On the day of the event, I will arrive before the wedding begins to set up and start painting the background elements. That way there is a good base layer of paint on the canvas as people arrive so they can watch the fun details of the painting unfold!

I will take pictures of your special moment so I can paint it on canvas – it can be a first kiss, first dance, a posed photo, or something else we think of. Over the course of the event I will continue painting from the pictures as your guests watch.

Once the event is over, I will take the painting to my studio to do finishing touches, and then I will ship or deliver it 2-4 weeks later.

What’s Included in Your Wedding Painting Package

I use high quality professional acrylic paint on 1.5″ thick gallery-wrapped canvas. The edges of the canvas will be painted, so you can leave it unframed or frame it, whichever you prefer. The event will include:

• Pre-event meeting via phone or video
• 4-6 hours on-site painting at your event
• Studio time as needed to finish painting
• Shipping or local delivery

Paintings will be delivered or shipped within 2-4 weeks.
